How to Pay

Please note, your place on the course is not confirmed until your full payment (in £’s Sterling) has been received by the Course Administrator. If full payment is not received within 2 weeks of your application, your reservation will unfortunately be released as places on this course are in extremely high demand.

UK bank transfer and overseas applicants

Please e-mail the Course Administrator, natalie.whalley@mft.nhs.uk, who will reply with:

Name and address of bank
Account number
IBAN number
BIC number

If you are transferring £’s Sterling directly with your bank, your own bank charges MUST BE PAID IN ADDITION to the course fee, otherwise your place will not be confirmed. The full payment in £’s Sterling must be received to confirm your place. Please ensure your charges are paid separately to avoid confusion and disappointment.

 

Cancellation

Cancellations received in writing before 6 weeks of the first day of the course will be entitled to a 70% refund. After this date, refunds CANNOT be given unless a like-for-like replacement can be found. Bookings may be transferred to a colleague provided that details are submitted, in writing, to the organisers by no later than the first day of the course.
